Before your first DIY event, your team completes a one-time training session with an onsite technician. After that, future DIY events are covered by the Dedicated Remote Support team for up to 8 hours per day.
Dedicated Remote Support launches September 7, 2026, and every new DIY event going forward will automatically include the service.
