  • 9:15am-10:00am: Session 1: Enhancing the Exhibitor Experience
    • This session will walk clients through all the features they can utilize to enhance the exhibitor experience in the Event Portal.
  • 10:00am-11:00am: Session 2: Increasing Revenue Opportunities in the Event Portal
    • This session will walk clients through the multiple revenue opportunities available in the Event Portal.
  • 11:00am-11:15am: Break
  • 11:15am-12:15pm: Session 3: Attendee POV Enhancements
    • This session will walk clients through how to curate the attendee experience in the Event Portal.

Part II: Enhancing Workflows
  • 1:00pm-2:00pm: Session 1: Enhancing the Exhibitor Experience – Company Workflow
    • This session will walk clients through enhancements that allow exhibitors to begin the show cycle in the Event Portal for a seamless experience.
  • 2:00pm-2:45pm: Session 2: Prospecting Workflow
    • This session will review how clients can utilize custom profile questions to enhance prospecting and target different user segments with forms and tasks.

  • 3:00pm-4:00pm: Session 3: Conference Management Enhancements
    • This session will walk clients through the conference management enhancements that have been rolled out and how to configure their Event Portal to make the biggest impact for attendees.
