A2Z Professional Services Packages

Project Scoping Package

Ideal for new project initiatives or to help with brainstorming on new configurations, data changes, etc. This package includes an initial call to identify your new project needs. After the call, our team will provide you with:

  • An outline of action items that can be completed by your team or our Services teams. A very specific example would be a revamp of the online exhibit contract or priority point calculation logic.
  • A follow-up email that includes the call recording, a project statement of work, and a quote for any next steps.

Configuration Review with Call package

This is a good package for clients who have decent product knowledge and an understanding of their current set-ups and systems, and are looking to do an account review/reassessment.

  • Includes a review of your set-ups prior to a 1-hour call to provide feedback and guidance on current set-ups. This includes recommendations on anything that should be changed and may offer efficiencies for you in your current workflows and processes.
  • Following the call, our team will send a follow-up email with a call recording and a summary of our recommendations.
  • May be completed by the assigned Project Manager or a CEM-certified staff member for an outside but industry-specific point of view (per your preference/request).

Best Practices General Discussion package

A 1-hour call with your assigned Project Manager, focused around a few key areas you outline. The PM will advise you on best and standard practices. Please note: this is not a deep dive review.

  • Following the call, our team will send a follow-up email with a recording of the discussion for future reference.

Form Build

When you purchase this package, you will receive the following services: creation of 1 form, 1 round of feedback and revisions, a 1-hour live training call on the new form, and a follow-up email with relevant resources.

Floor Plan Redo

You will provide the .dwg file, and your Project Manager (PM) will perform the same review and proofing process done during the original project implementation. Upon your approval of the proof, the new floor plan will be added to the event.

  • You will move any reserved or assigned exhibitors to the new floor plan.
  • Your Project Manager will remove the original floor plan, if requested.
    • Note: Sometimes this is an additional floor plan and the original floor plan is still required.

Registration Configuration Review

Our team will review the client’s full registration form setup to ensure clarity, accurate logic, and streamlined attendee workflows.

  • Includes one 30-minute call to understand the client’s objectives with the form, what they built, and desired outcomes.
  • A follow-up recap document will be provided with consolidated feedback, recommendations for improvements, best practices, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Add-on Available: One additional post-review 30-minute call – $100

This package is ideal for clients who want expert validation of their badge layout, fields, and configuration settings.

  • Great for renewing clients who want a refresher and renewed confidence with the Registration Tech Badge Printing setup.
  • Training can be scheduled before your event or on the setup day and first day of your event.

This package is designed to streamline the reconciliation of your event registration and transaction data from A2Z to MC Trade, and includes a dedicated Project Manager to help guide the process.

  • Includes advanced export template to allow for data import and linking to events in MC Trade so your team can utilize Event related reporting. Template ensures clean, accurate event data transfer.
  • Data included: event order/transaction information, event and registration import (including the link of transaction data in the related event) and the linking of this data to profiles for reporting and tracking purposes.
